About This Service
Helix-SEO is an internal, read-only marketing-analytics tool operated for the purpose of retrieving and analyzing website and search-performance information from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools, for websites the operator owns and directly manages.
Authorization & Access
Access to any connected Google or Microsoft account is granted explicitly by the account holder through the relevant OAuth consent flow or API key. Access is strictly read-only — Helix-SEO does not write, modify, publish, or delete any data on a connected platform. The account holder can revoke access at any time directly through that platform's own account security settings.
Acceptable Use
Helix-SEO is intended solely for the operator's own internal SEO and marketing reporting on properties the operator owns or has been explicitly authorized to manage. It is not offered as a public service or resold to third parties.
No Warranty
Helix-SEO is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Search, analytics, and webmaster data are sourced from third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft) and their availability or accuracy is not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated periodically; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
